“For this is what the Lord says— he who created the heavens, he is God; he who fashioned and made the earth, he founded it; he did not create it to be empty, but formed it to be inhabited— he says: “I am the Lord, and there is no other.”
Encouragement
Have you ever been around a small child that is full of questions? Why is the sky blue? How does a flower open? What makes the stars shine? And the biggie... How was I made? I was looking at pictures of a baby developing inside of the womb with my grand daughter. We were seeing the pictures from a baby the size of a newborn all the way back to a tiny cell. She recognized even the smallest infant, but in the beginning she asked "what is that?" I tried to explain as best I could (without overwhelming her) that we start as a tiny cell that is put together by God and grows into a baby like her and her sister. She began turning pages from beginning to end again, and I couldn't help but marvel at the miracle of our creation as I held her in my arms.
Take Action!
Enjoy the wonder of the things God made just for you to enjoy! No other explanation is needed for me, and it seemed to satisfy my granddaughter, as well. All we are, and everything we have is a supernatural gift from God. He loves us that much! All we need to do is stop taking things for granted by just going through the motions of our days, and realize that every day and without fail He places things right before us as gifts, blessings, and revelations of who He is to us and for us. These things are the naturally supernatural things we can experience from God.
Come into His Presence
Thank You for creating us! We are very blessed to be favored so much by You, Father God, that You have created all good things for us to enjoy as well. I am amazed over and over again by the works of Your hands. Thank You for creating us with eyes to see, ears to hear, and hands to feel. Help us to make time to be with You so that You can reveal things to our hearts and minds. We will use our mouths to praise and glorify You! In Jesus' name. Amen.
